The Patriot District Softball Camp is a week-long camp for softball players of all ability levels going into grades 5 and up. The week-long summer camp is designed to improve the skill sets of middle and high school female athletes, incorporate strength and conditioning routines for preventative injury maintenance, evaluate player performance, and prepare players for the upcoming high school season, travel play, and beyond.
The basic camp runs from Monday through Thursday, with an additional day for pitchers and catchers of all ability levels on Friday. We strongly encourage that players bring their normal softball bag and gear: bat, glove, helmet, and wear their cleats. For players new to the sport, only necessary equipment is a glove.
